Dennis the Menace

When you were a child, did your parents ever tell you that they hoped, that someday, you would have a child that acted just like you?

Well I wish that was true.

Considering that I was the eptimoe of the perfect child. I liked to clean, watch the news, make straight A's, and tattled-telled on every kid on the block.

In the last month... This little guy has...

Thrown his new Woody in the bath tub. This is Woody drying out on the vent. The other Woody's are missing legs, colored in marker, and have made dips in the toilet.

Speaking of the toilet, that is where is flushed is little Buzz Lightyear on Tuesday night.

I had posted how he got into the fridge and shook the box of baking soda across the living room and in the air vents...

He dropped the iPad and put it away like nothing happened. When we asked him who cracked the screen, he said, "Haven Stin-fold did it." Oh you little bug of truth!

And then the other night, when we were in the living room talking with a neighbor, he grabbed my phone from my room. Want to know what he did? Took it in the bath tub to watch his show on Netflix.

But in all seriousness, I might not make it another 15 years. My baby is a pain in the bee-hind.

  1. I pray that my baby in my belly is a child modeled after myself, all I ever wanted to do was watch Ricky Lake/Oprah and eat peanut butter and jelly sandwhiches. Mind you my brother was usually running around with knives and peeing on the carpet so I figured I would give my mom a break I guess. So that being said hopefully Olive will be a dream to handle :)

  2. Oh Haven! I would steer clear of giving that boy any more technology until he's much older! It's a good thing his cuteness saves him!!!

  4. I was a pretty good kid too. I'm very fortunate that my kids are almost kinda good.

But my word...Haven is the cutest little guy so ya know...I'll take him off your hands anytime if you need a break.

  5. Lol our boys would hit it off great! The other night I went to the kitchen for 2 seconds, come back to the bathroom where Mason is supposed to be sitting on the potty. Instead I find him scrubbing the toilet...with my toothbrush. Lovely. They sure do keep us on our toes :)
